The ear cup housing is in good condition with no damage and minimal wear. The ear cup cushions are in fair condition due to heavy use or not used for long time , cushions are slightly ripped from inside. There is no odd odor. The headband is in good condition with little to no wear. The buttons have no signs of heavy use or wear. The hinges are in good condition with minor signs of use. The ports are clean and in good condition. Included Carry Case is in fair condition. There are lots of scratches and marks/scuffs. Functionality condition:

These headphones have been tested and the audio sounds great. All external buttons have been tested and they are fully functional.
